The Academic Advising Center assists students in being active, responsible learners who take advantage of the opportunities the college provides.

Academic advisors teach students how to access essential information and acquire the skills to make well-informed decisions to help reach their goals.

Get peer support in your classes.

÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State offers free peer tutoring services for most courses offered on our campuses. Peer tutors are students who have earned an A or B in a course and have received special training in order to better support other students. Sessions are usually face-to-face, but online tutoring can be arranged upon request.

Learn and grow in math and writing.

The Writing Center provides free drop-in writing assistance for any written assignment. For any course, no matter how long the assignment, you can stop in to work with one of our Writing Center proctors.

Similar to the Writing Center, the Math Lab provides free drop-in math assistance for any math-related course. This includes physics, statistics, engineering courses, and all upper-level math courses (i.e. calculus, technical calculus, differential equations).
