Campus Construction Updates

As more and more new Pioneers join the ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State family, we are growing for the future. Over the decade from 2016 - 2026, campus investments will surpass $200 million. Our Facilities Services and Capital Projects teams keep everyone informed with public meetings, timelines, and regular progress reports so the community can enjoy each upgrade as it arrives.

Truck & Diesel Expansion

The expansion adds 10,000 sq ft, including an extra hangar fitted with brand-new equipment. Once finished, the program will graduate 125 additional heavy equipment and construction technicians every year.

Agriculture Science Building

Construction is underway on an all-new facility serving agriculture and allied health students. Natural wood finishes and organic green accents will bring classroom and lab spaces to life, with a greenhouse and plaza on the sunny southern exposure.

Pioneer Center

Already home to The Underground gaming arena, a dance studio, performance hall, and barber shop, the Pioneer Center is getting even more amenities. Students can look forward to a refreshed fitness center, a new eatery, and expanded club/activity spaces.

Infrastructure Reconstruction

Much of these improvements go unseen, as miles of underground facilities were replaced and upgraded. This provided the college with an opportunity to improve sidewalks and roads on the surface. The project widened Upper and Lower College Drives, along with new sidewalks around campus. A new water tower and treatment plant were also added.
