鈥淭he Educational Foundation exists to enhance learning opportunities and improve the community through education,鈥 says Julie Hart, the foundation鈥檚 president. 鈥淭his home was built by students, which provided them with hands-on experience in their fields, and the proceeds from the home鈥檚 sale will help create more opportunities like this in the future.鈥
This 2,078-square-foot, two-story home includes an attached two-car garage and full basement. It is vinyl sided with a stone front and sits on 3.16 acres.
