Culinary arts students will prepare appetizers, soups, a salad bar, and spaghetti and meat balls and sausage; assorted breads and desserts will be prepared by the baking, production, and management students. A choice of beverages will be available.

The Culinary Arts Department, School of Applied Technology, Ӱֱ State College, will hold a “Viva Italia” spaghetti dinner in the Culinary Arts Building on the Wellsville campus, Thursday, Oct. 6, from 5-7 p.m. Cost of the dinner is $12 per person (tax included); cost for children 10 and under is $6. Proceeds will benefit the Top Hat Scholarship Fund. Additionally, a tip box will be available for those who wish to donate to defray medical costs for Bonnie Perkins, a campus secretary, who was involved in a serious motorcycle accident in July.
