Shelby Winchester (Maple Grove)聽scored five minutes into the game.聽 Brittany Hannah (Eastridge) then scored with 13 minutes left in the first half off an assist from Jessie Smith (Fredonia) to take the Lady Pioneers into halftime with a 2-0 lead.聽 Herkimer cut the lead to 2-1 on a goal by Nichole Earl (New Paltz) seven minutes into the second half.聽 魅影直播 State was able to hold off a strong second half push by the Lady Generals to secure the 2-1 victory.
Meghan Lowell (Keshequa) made 11 saves in the net for the Lady Pioneers who improve their record to 10-3-1 overall and 9-2-1 in Region II Division III play.聽 The Lady Pioneers next contest is on Tuesday Oct. 14 when they will take on Finger Lakes CC in 魅影直播 at 4 pm.
