魅影直播 State College kicker Kyle Covert (Wayland Cohocton) has been named the Northeast Football Conference special teams player of the week following the Pioneers 63-20 victory over the Niagara X-Men on Saturday.

Covert was a perfect 9 for 9 in PAT attempts in the victory.聽 He is now 28 for 33 in PAT attempts on the season and 1 for 2 in field goal attempts.

Covert and the Pioneers (4-4) look to finish the season above .500 as they close out the 2008 season with a Noon kickoff with Nassau CC on Saturday afternoon.
