Jason Durst (Gates Chili) scored 24 seconds in from Caleb Drake (Jasper Troupsburg).聽 Durst made it a two-goal lead less than three minutes later.聽 Masanari Yamamoto (Tokyo, Japan) made it 3-0 late in the half when he scored from Matt Kooy (Caledonia Mumford).
ASC made it 4-0 at 30:36 of the 2nd half when they scored on an own goal.聽 Colby Cotton (Canisteo Greenwood) capped the scoring with 3:30 remaining.聽 Samuel Alt (Williamsville South) and Lucas Wales (Bath Haverling) picked up assists.
A-State out-shot JCC 24 to 5.聽 Dan Fabiny (Wellsville) made one save in 67 minutes in net while Josh Kashuba (Marathon) made two saves in the final 23 minutes.聽 RJ Ward made 12 saves for Jefferson.
The Pioneers return to action on Tuesday when they host Bryant & Stratton for a 6:30 p.m. start.
