Restaurants and other food purveyors sold their tasty signature dishes in "miniature form" at stations around the Applied Technology Campus. Park Plaza Liquors hosted a wine tasting and Wellsville car dealerships, Pfuntner Chrysler-Plymouth-Jeep, Basil Chevrolet, and Kleiser Ford showcased select cars.

Additionally, the culinary arts/baking, production and management students held their annual public bake sale.  Drawings were held for Building Trades Department student-built Adirondack-style chair which was won by Deb Burch, Cuba; an Automotive Trades Department gift basket and a pair of sawhorses were won by Kate Plants, Cuba; a Culinary Arts Department bakery basket and lunch gift certificate which were won by Delores Ackerman, Wellsville; and a wine rack was won by Jacky Vaccaro, Rochester.

Tours of the campus, featuring interactive demonstrations in each area, were also conducted.
