Jonchhe notes, 鈥淗e has been working as a peer tutor for several semesters, he is very helpful to other students, and he is a role model and an inspiration to others.鈥
Jonchhe went on to say, 鈥淚 am also fortunate to have him as a work-grant student in the internal combustion engine technology laboratory. I found him to be very diligent, intelligent, conscientious, and application-oriented. I have benefited a lot from him and I have been very impressed with his work ethic, great attitude, and quality of work. He has spent many hours in the lab even without compensation. He has been helping in the internal combustion engines laboratory with engine test set-up and instrumentation problems. He has been a great asset in accomplishing many projects in the laboratory under the circumstances of dwindling technical assistance and manpower. He has also developed knowledge and expertise in the repair and instrumentation of automotive and HVAC control systems. I have been extremely impressed with his diligence and creative talent in applied technology fields.鈥
DiBella鈥檚 nomination noted that 鈥渟he has been a member of WINS (Women In Non-traditional Studies) Club since her freshman year. Last year she was secretary, and this academic year (2009-10) she has assumed the president鈥檚 role.
