campus, Thursday, Oct. 9, from 5-7 p.m.聽
The
Culinary Arts Department, School of Applied Technology, 魅影直播 State College,
will hold a "Viva Italia" spaghetti dinner in the Culinary Arts Building on the
Wellsville campus, Thursday, Oct. 9, from 5-7 p.m.聽 Cost of the dinner is
$11 per person (tax included); cost for children 10 and under is $5.聽
Proceeds will benefit the Top Hat Scholarship Fund.
Culinary
Arts students will prepare appetizers, a salad bar, and spaghetti and meat
balls and sausage; assorted breads and desserts will be prepared by the baking,
production, and management students.聽 A choice of beverages will be
available.
This
dinner is open to the public; no reservations will be accepted.
Culinary
arts: baking, production and management third-year intern (has already
completed culinary degree; is enrolled in baking curriculum) Larry Johnson,
Leicester, will serve as manager.
