At the ASC Tournament on Saturday, the Lady Pioneers downed Broome CC, Tompkins Cortland CC, and Jefferson CC 2-0 to earn the top spot in pool play.聽 In the semifinals the team defeated Erie CC 2-0 and then won a hard fought three-game match 2-1 over #8 ranked Jamestown CC to claim the programs third straight ASC Tournament crown.
Last evening, the Lady Pioneers improved their current winning streak to eight games with a 3-1 WNYAC victory at Mercyhurst North East. The team continues a week-long road trip on Thursday with a contest at Genesee CC before heading to Corning CC on Saturday for the Red Baron Invitational where they are scheduled to play Adirondack CC, Tompkins Cortland CC, and Monroe CC in pool play.
