Countless ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State alumni are on the front line of the current battle against the coronavirus. Recently, the college’s Athletic Department had the chance to speak with four former Pioneer student-athletes about their work on the front line.

Countless ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State alumni are on the front line of the current battle against the coronavirus. Recently, the college’s Athletic Department had the chance to speak with four former Pioneer student-athletes about their work on the front line.

These alumni include Brooke Geibel, a women’s soccer player from 2016-18 who is a travel nurse on an assignment at Novant Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, NC; Danny Napolionello, a football player from 2012-15 who is a dispatcher for the Manhattan FDNY and a volunteer fireman for the Valley Stream Fire Department; Taylor McCarthy, a softball player from 2012-15 who is a New York State trooper; and Ally Vargeson, a soccer player from 2012-15 who is involved with patient registration in the Emergency Department at Corning Hospital.
