The Culinary Arts department will host an Oktoberfest buffet style dinner on Oct. 3 at ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State’s Wellsville campus (2530 River Rd., Wellsville, NY 14895). The dinner is $25 each and the proceeds will benefit Culinary Arts scholarships.
The menu will include: German Cheddar Beer Soup, Pretzels, Bratwurst with Caramelized Onions, House Made Sauerkraut, Sauerbraten, Warm German Potato Salad, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Spaetzle with Mushroom Gravy, German Salads, and assorted German Desserts.
Limited seating is available, and reservations are required. Seating will be available between 5 – 6:30 p.m.
