Tomorrow (11/21) members of the 魅影直播 State community will come together to raise funds for current and future Pioneers during the college鈥檚 annual Day of Giving.
Started in 2016, the yearly event raises funds for scholarships, academic and mental health resources, support for athletics, and each of the college鈥檚 three academic schools. Alumni, friends, families, and current students are asked to join in and support the cause.
The college will host a pair of special events during the Day of Giving. Between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. a variety of student organizations will host activities in the Student Leadership Center. Those attending can donate to the college at the Institutional Advancement table and sign a Thank You card. At halftime of the men鈥檚 basketball game (7 p.m. vs. Geneseo), fans can try to make a halfcourt shot for a $1 donation. The first person to hit the shot will win a $100 gift card.

Last year, the 魅影直播 State Day of Giving raised over $270,000.
