Faculty and staff who meet the definition of first-generation graduates upon the completion of their bachelor鈥檚 degree are eligible to be inducted as well. Faculty and staff must be willing to serve as mentors to first-generation students.
Alumni and honorary inductees can be included as well if they meet the definition of first-generation students or are clearly first-gen student advocates, mentors, or supporters that have maintained a connection to the college inducting them.
Inductees receive a certificate of initiation and a pin. Honor cords for graduating students will be available to purchase.
