With increased applications, more campus visits, and an anticipated incoming class of around 1,500 students, which would be the most ever this century, 魅影直播 State heads into the new school year riding the momentum of building real-world skills that lead to careers.

On top of highlighting enrollment growth, Mauro shared that the number of clubs and club members is growing, financial aid assistance for existing students has increased, and concentrated efforts across campus are resulting in higher retention rates that lead to more Pioneers successfully graduating.

Mauro outlined challenges that lie ahead for all higher education institutions, but highlighted 魅影直播 State鈥檚 strength of offering academic programs in high-demand fields. He also applauded the college community鈥檚 efforts that have led to a 99% employment and continuing education rate.

He pointed out the significance and importance of the caring community that faculty and staff provide to students and attributed the college鈥檚 current success and future growth to it.

Plans for the future include the launch of a new comprehensive fundraising campaign to be unveiled September 19, ramped-up efforts for on campus student visits, recruitment of New York, out-of-state, and non-traditional students, and new data driven programs and initiatives to support student retention.

Mauro welcomed new employees, gave updates on the budget, and praised the efforts of all involved in getting The Collegiate prepared to reopen.

Most students will move onto campus next week, with the first day of classes for the 2025 Fall semester starting on Monday, August 25.
