÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College baseball team split their first northern doubleheader on Sunday versus Lackawanna College.  The Pioneers, 7-6 on the season, won the opener 12-7 but fell 4-0 in the nightcap.

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College lacrosse team came out of the gate slow and was never able to fully recover and fell to #6 Herkimer CCC 21-11 in their 2010 home opener.  ASC falls to 1-3 (1-1 Region III) on the season while HCCC improves to 3-0.

The 2010 outdoor track & field season opener at Erie CC (Orchard Park) scheduled for Friday afternoon has been cancelled due to forecasted low temperatures.  The Pioneers have now have had their first two meets of the season cancelled.

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College lacrosse team was unable to overcome 14 penalties and fell to Delaware Tech -Terry Campus 18-16 on Sunday afternoon.  ASC is now 1-2 on the young campaign.

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College baseball concluded their 2010 spring trip to Cocoa, FL with a doubleheader split.  ASC fell 10-9 in nine innings to North Iowa Area CC but rebounded with a come from behind 11-7 victory over Dakota College @ Bottineau.  The Pioneers end their trip with a 6-5 mark.

Tyler Ward (Bishop Kearney) allowed just two hits in a complete game shutout as ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State downed Iowa Lakes CC 2-0 in Cocoa, FL.  Ward improves to 2-0 on the season while the Pioneers are now 5-4 on their spring trip.

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College lacrosse team fell behind 6-2 in the 1st quarter and never could recover and fell 15-8 to Harford (MD) CC. ASC is now 1-1 on the season.

Herkimer CCC erased a 4-2 deficit with a six-run 4th inning en route to a 10-5 victory over ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State on Friday.  The Lady Pioneers finish their spring trip in Myrtle Beach, SC with a 2-6 record (1-2 Region III Division III).

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College softball team got back on the winning side with a 4-0 victory over Massasoit (MA) CC on Thursday.  The Lady Pioneers are now 2-5 on the season.

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College softball left the tying run on base in the 7th inning in a 5-3 loss to Cumberland (NJ) County College and then were shutout 8-0 by Northampton (PA) CC in their second game.  The Lady Pioneers are now 1-5 at Snowbird Softball in Myrtle Beach, SC.
