Dozens of ��Ӱֱ�� State College (ASC) nursing students recently rolled up some sleeves and got to work helping out at several Allegany County Department of Health COVID-19 vaccination clinics.

Four new members were recently inducted into ��Ӱֱ�� State College’s chapter of the world’s largest and most prestigious honor society for two-year college students – Phi Theta Kappa.

��Ӱֱ�� State College’s court reporting programs were highlighted in a recent article appearing in The JCR.com – the National Court Reporters Association’s online magazine.

��Ӱֱ�� State College recently held a World Down Syndrome Awareness Day event to join with others around the globe in advocating for the rights, inclusion, and well-being of people with Down syndrome.

Startup Allegany is launching the County’s first tri-collegiate business plan competition, the Startup Allegany Collegiate Competition, which will be held virtually on April 10. 

With each passing semester, ��Ӱֱ�� State College’s (ASC) virtual career fair continues to grow as more employers and students sign up for the online event to video chat, network, and make those all-important connections.

This year, ��Ӱֱ�� State College (ASC) alumnus Bill Hayes is celebrating his 30th year in business and the 55th anniversary of the founding of his company, Turnbull Heating and Air Conditioning.

In celebration of Women’s History Month, ��Ӱֱ�� State College is partnering with Art Force 5 and dozens of other SUNY institutions on a program designed to honor many women’s empowerment icons from the past and present.

Continuing to adapt and evolve with the times, ��Ӱֱ�� State Police Academy officials are constantly finding new and innovative ways to enhance the training of future law enforcement officers.

Following SUNY's Guiding Safety Principles and in partnership with local public health officials, competition is ready to begin for ��Ӱֱ�� State, Morrisville, Canton, Cobleskill, Delhi, and SUNY Polytechnic Institute.

��Ӱֱ�� State recently held an event at Russell’s Steakhouse in Buffalo to update alumni on the college and its ongoing Major Gifts Campaign, which has so far raised $5.2 million for athletics, new programs, scholarships, technology, and the greatest needs of the college.

Today, ��Ӱֱ�� State College is one of over 200 campuses in 37 states and the District of Columbia designated as a “Voter Friendly Campus.”

Even in the midst of the pandemic, the Bethesda Foundation of Hornell is continuing to provide support that is critical to the ongoing success of ��Ӱֱ�� State College (ASC) nursing students.

LeChase Construction Services, LLC has announced that ��Ӱֱ�� State College alum Laird Updyke has been promoted to project executive in the Syracuse office.

��Ӱֱ�� State criminal justice students and police academy cadets are among those eligible to apply for a new scholarship created by the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office. 

��Ӱֱ�� State College is proud to announce that two of its students, Emily Clough and Errol Mars, have been named recipients of the Vanguard Award for the 2020-2021 academic year.
