The 魅影直播 State College men's soccer team improved to 8-3 (8-1 Region III Division III) with a 2-0 shutout at Erie CC on Tuesday. The shutout was the team's fifth of the season.
Jason Durst (Gates Chili) got the Blue & Gold on the board with 12:06 remaining with his fifth goal of the season. Caleb Drake (Jasper Troupsburg) made it 2-0 less than five minutes later.
Dan Fabiny (Wellsville) was in net for ASC and recorded his fourth solo shutout of the season and second in a row.
The Pioneers, ranked #6 in NJCAA Division III, return home on Thursday for a 4 p.m. battle with the Jaguars of JCC-Olean.
