These homes, underwritten by the Ed Foundation, provide students with a hands-on learning experience.

This latest home, located on Foundation Drive, Meservey Heights, Wellsville, offers a private setting on its 12.24 wooded acres. This new 2,078 sq. ft., vinyl-sided, two-story home, with stone accent on the front, features four bedrooms with a tray ceiling in the master bedroom and a vaulted ceiling in bedroom #2; two-and-one-half baths, the master bath has a separate whirlpool tub and shower and a walk-in closet; a gathering room with a wood-burning fireplace and views of the back yard; a parlor with a vaulted ceiling; a formal dining room; downstairs laundry room; kitchen with custom oak cabinets and a breakfast room with sliding glass doors leading to the large private back deck; a heating system consisting of a combination of hot water baseboard and radiant floor heat; an attached two-car garage; and a walk-out basement with a stamped concrete patio.  The basement offers plenty of room for storage.
