ASC Is Going Smoke-free

May 10, 2011

For the health of our community, ASC is going smoke-free effective July 1, 2011.

Smoking will be prohibited on campus except in outside designated smoking areas. See the Wellsville campus map for designated areas.

If you are a smoker, you are encouraged to take advantage of to help you to quit smoking. (EAP) also offers self-help resources for ASC employees. Students who need help quitting may get assistance from the Health Services Office on campus.

This policy reduces involuntary exposure of second-hand smoke and facilitates a healthier environment for students, faculty, staff, administrators, visitors, and community members. Thank you for your cooperation.
