A trio of ��Ӱֱ�� State faculty members were honored with the Excellence in Faculty Advising Award. Tony Aquilina (Assistant Professor Business), Stephen Cady (Instructor Building Trades), and Breanna Willson (Assistant Professor Nursing).

“I live in Pennsylvania, and I do not pay the same out of state that I would for any other New York school. This helped my decision because it made it more affordable than going to a school in state.”

“The best part of my job is the enjoyment that I create for the guest. A usual day starts with me working as a ticket taker at one of the seven gates of entry. Once the game starts, I move on to my job as a guest services representative in one of the exclusive clubs, like the M&T Club, for the rest of the game.”

“My mom came to ��Ӱֱ�� State for nursing. It is close to home, and I love how beautiful it is. You can go hiking on the trails and there are events every day of the week.”

“My favorite part of the experience was working with the guys and experiencing a different side of sports. I was thrown into the fire and had to act quickly in many different situations for the first time. I learned about what goes on behind the scenes and had opportunities to collaborate with the local high school choir, Dansville Special Olympics, and many local businesses.”

Patricia Orsini Nilsen, ’95, represented the United States and brought home a pair of gold medals at the Intersteno Congress in Katowice, Poland.
