Six ��Ӱֱ�� State College (ASC) architecture students participated in the 21st annual Appalachian Teaching Project (ATP) Symposium, a regional economic development conference sponsored by the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC).

��Ӱֱ�� State College (ASC) students are creating and sending dream cards to local students hoping to inspire the next generation.

Carolina Monterrosas, a nursing major at ��Ӱֱ�� State College (ASC), is one of 11 students across New York or Pennsylvania named Civic Innovation Scholars by Campus Compact.

��Ӱֱ�� State College students Mahogony Jules and Anthony Miraglia recently graduated from the SUNY SAIL Student Leadership Academy.

Students needing professional clothing have a new place to go at ��Ӱֱ�� State College (ASC). The Career Development Center in partnership with the Kappa Sigma Epsilon fraternity have teamed up to open Professional Pioneers Place.

A group of Kappa Sigma Epsilon fraternity members from ��Ӱֱ�� State College recently participated in a trail maintenance event for I Love NY Parks Day.

Members of the ��Ӱֱ�� State College, ��Ӱֱ�� University, and ��Ӱֱ�� village community came together virtually for the 10th annual Celebration of Service Ceremony to honor recipients of the Spirit of Service Award.  

Spring Into Action Day of Service, an annual community service event co-sponsored by ��Ӱֱ�� University’s Gary Horowitz Service Learning Program and ��Ӱֱ�� State College’s Center for Civic Engagement, returned this year after a hiatus in 2020 due to the global pandemic.

“This program is a great way for new students to connect with their community, help out, and build relationships with others in their new home,” Jonathan Hilsher said.

“I was impressed with how the students were so dedicated to helping,” she said. “The students were eager to get their hands dirty and make an impact on the community. As students who are familiar with hands-on learning, they jumped right into the tasks they were assigned on day one," said Amy Miller.
