The 2021 SkillsUSA New York State Leadership and Skills Conference Postsecondary Championship was held on the Wellsville campus.

New York State Lt. Gov. Brian Benjamin announced a project that will bring hundreds of jobs to Wellsville with a reportedly $200 million investment.

÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College is proud to announce that two of its students, Emily Clough and Errol Mars, have been named recipients of the Vanguard Award for the 2020-2021 academic year.

With an emphasis on hands-on, real-world learning, ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College students in the School of Applied Technology are well prepared for the jobs they want after only two years of study.

The purpose of the project, Jones said, is to determine if shipping containers can be repurposed into high-efficiency housing or office units, and also to provide students with a new form of applied learning.

The DC Arboretum Eagle Nest Cam, made possible thanks to some ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College students, is back in the spotlight again, as it was recently highlighted in an article by Mashable.com. 

​Kacie Matuszak, of Henrietta, is also starting work in the construction industry. Before even earning her bachelor’s degree in architecture, she has a position waiting for her at Pathfinder Engineers & Architects, based in Rochester.

Once completed, the 2,010-square-foot open concept house will feature three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large master suite, a two-car garage, a full basement, and a wrap-around porch. The house will be located at 3889 Foundation Drive. 

Just over two years after work first began on House 54, the newest home constructed by ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State students for the Wellsville community is now completed and the new owners now call it home.

He received an ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State jacket and a certificate to commemorate the occasion.
