��Ӱֱ�� State alum Reuben Zielinski ’82 returned to campus and shared his story of entrepreneurship to current students from the School of Architecture, Management & Engineering Technology (SAMET).

The ��Ӱֱ�� State College team of Zackary Martin and David Benson teamed up to win the 2nd annual Allegany County Startup Collegiate Competition. 

Dr. Reza Rashidi, an associate professor and chair of the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Technology Department, has made a career out of making big differences with little devices.

Mike Meyers Jr., a 2000 graduate of ��Ӱֱ�� State’s mechanical engineering technology program, was recently promoted to engineering manager at Cutco Cutlery Corporation.

Over a dozen ��Ӱֱ�� State students recently put their engineering skills and knowledge to the test during the college’s annual Firefighting Robot Competition.

From face masks that can monitor the wearer’s temperature, to light-up vests that make it safe to run at night, ��Ӱֱ�� State College (ASC) engineering students have been working on some incredible energy harvesting devices that have real-world applications.
