The Forensic Science Education Accreditation Commission (FEPAC) has granted the ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College (ASC) forensic science technology program a second 5-year full accreditation.

÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College students once again held their own as they went head-to-head against competitors from around the country in the annual National SkillsUSA Championship in Louisville, KY, coming away with two medals and four top-10 finishes.

College Consensus confirms that ASC is highly valued by existing students. When it comes to the Student Consensus rating, ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State’s score of 75 ranks ASC best in New York among all public colleges and universities of any size.

Van Valen capped an amazing career at ASC by becoming the 184-pound national title winner at the 2018 NCWA Championships in Allen, TX, on March 10. Teammate Ryan Mattison, a construction management major from Brockport, earned an impressive fifth-place finish nationally in the heavyweight bracket.

Efforts to help college students cope with stress, have a better focus in class, and be more productive, have earned ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State a bronze award in a national competition.
