A trio of ��Ӱֱ�� State faculty members were honored with the Excellence in Faculty Advising Award. Tony Aquilina (Assistant Professor Business), Stephen Cady (Instructor Building Trades), and Breanna Willson (Assistant Professor Nursing).

Jason Doviak, Phil Schroeder, Janice Stafford, Megan Clark, and Theresa Toth-Fleischman were honored for earning SUNY Chancellor Awards at the annual ��Ӱֱ�� State Employee Recognition Celebration.

The nursing department at ��Ӱֱ�� State will be hosting a site visit for continuing accreditation of the associate in nursing program by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).

“My favorite part of the program is all the hands-on experience you get and the skilled clinical instructors that go with you to the facilities. You always have someone who is there to guide you and show you the right way to do things.”

Both the associate and bachelor’s degree programs for nursing at ��Ӱֱ�� State are accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) and registered by the New York State Education Department.

The ��Ӱֱ�� State College (ASC) chapter of SALUTE inducted four new members, Jennifer Aul (Avoca, NY), Ryan Darrow (Webster, NY), Johnathon Helms (Portville, NY), and Matthew Proper (Perry, NY).
