��Ӱֱ�� State College (ASC) professors Judy Rose and Jenna Zetwick have been named SUNY Online Teaching Ambassadors.

Dr. Richard Kellogg, professor emeritus of psychology at ��Ӱֱ�� State College, is the author of an article appearing in the most recent issue of Paperback Parade. The article, titled “William Faulkner: Mystery Writer,” critiques Faulkner's “Knight's Gambit,” a collection of six mystery stories.

Janel Farrell, an ��Ӱֱ�� State human services management major, is one of the inaugural class of EOP Student Ambassadors. Farrell is one of 21 students from 20 different SUNY campuses to be part of the program.

��Ӱֱ�� State criminal justice students and police academy cadets are among those eligible to apply for a new scholarship created by the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office. 

Dr. Richard Kellogg, professor emeritus of psychology at ��Ӱֱ�� State College, is the author of a new book titled “Barry Baskerville's Christmas Mystery” (Airship 27, 2020).

Dr. Kellogg is a frequent reviewer of books in the mystery genre. He is also the creator of the Barry Baskerville series of mysteries for children. His most recent title, “Barry Baskerville and the Buried Treasure” (Airship 27, 2019), is available at the Amazon website.

The symposium was attended by approximately 300 ��Ӱֱ�� State students, some of whom served as panelists, while others in the audience asked questions of the guest speaker, Kevin Schuler.

Five students were recently inducted into the Psi Beta honor society, an organization that promotes interest in the study of psychology at two-year colleges.

��Ӱֱ�� State educators Dr. Mark Whitman and Wayne Bensley recently shared a wealth of knowledge about the forensics and criminal justice fields with area high school students during Haverling High School’s Investigation and Forensics Career Panel.

The article, titled “Philip Wylie's Superspy,” discusses a spy novel written by noted writer Philip Wylie (1902-1971).
