Peavey is the recipient of the SUNY Chancellor鈥檚 Award for Professional Excellence (2013-14). He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Science in Education (MSEd) from St. Bonaventure University.
Peavey resides in Wellsville with his wife, Emily, and is the parent of three children.
