In culinary arts, you’ll gain extensive hands-on experience in food production while adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards. You’ll prepare institutional meals in a production lab, serve guests at The Refinery Restaurant, work in a learning lab at The Collegiate Restaurant, and practice hospitality management. Along the way, you’ll build the technical, creative, and professional skills needed for success in commercial kitchens, upscale dining, and innovative culinary careers.
