��Ӱֱ�� State will soon host the 38th annual Summer Sports Festival and the 51st annual Learn-to-Swim Program.  

Those honored included Deborah Claire, senior programmer/analyst, Technology Services; David Law, associate professor, Computer and Information Technology; and Stephen Perkins, plant utilities assistant, Facilities Services.

State University of New York Distinguished Teaching Professor Dr. Aniko Constantine, English and Humanities Department, was recently honored for 45 years of service to ��Ӱֱ�� State.

Faculty and staff members who retired this year included Patricia Bliven, William Chambers, Jacqueline Davison, Dawn Linke, Diane McCaig, Willard Mlott, Valerie Nixon, Terry Palmiter, Linda Panter, Barbara Pierce, Thomas Stolberg, and Tammy Wellington.

“Tripling the team roster from the previous year, we were able to bring more riders to shows and introduce new riders to the sport for future competitions,” Mallory Morehouse said.

��Ӱֱ�� State College recently announced promotions for faculty and staff.

A few years back, Gorman created an applied learning experience for her strategic marketing students, allowing them to apply their education to local businesses.

President Dr. Skip Sullivan recently presented Cyan Corwine, Louis Zver, and Erin Vitale with the college’s Pioneer Award.

Four honored with Awards for Excellence in Classified Service, Teaching, and Faculty Service.

On Saturday from 7 p.m. until 11 p.m. the Pioneer Pub will once again be open for drinks, dancing, and food as alumni and friends gather to celebrate ��Ӱֱ�� State and share memories of their time at the college. The event includes a DJ, snacks, and a cash bar. Admission is $10 per person.
