Pioneers Close Out Season

The 2012 ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State baseball team closed out the season on Wednesday with a home doubleheader vs. Jamestown CC. The Pioneers were held to eight hits and were swept, 10-0 and 11-0, by the Jayhawks.
Wilkes Signs with WV Wesleyan

÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State running back Kevin Wilkes (Frederick, MD/Urbana) became the 5th Pioneer to sign a National Letter of Intent to continue their academic and athletic at a NCAA school. Wilkes recently signed with West Virginia Wesleyan University.
÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State Set for NJCAA Track Nationals

÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State is ready to host the 2012 NJCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships. The three-day event begins on Thursday morning and runs until Saturday afternoon when the National Champion is crowned. In total 22 teams and 335 athletes are slated to compete in the competition held at Pioneer Stadium.

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State baseball team couldn't get much going as they fell 12-2 and 6-0 to Niagara CCC in a Region III Division III doubleheader on Tuesday.
Lady Pioneers Fall to Corning

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State offense struggled to get going in a doubleheader vs. Corning CC. The Red Barons swept the pair of Region III Division III contests 10-1 and 7-0. The Lady Pioneers were held to just five singles on the day.
Clark Serves as Panelist at Workforce Development Institute

÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State is pleased to announce that it is now an official for the National Alternative Fuels Training Consortium (), and the only facility in New York State. The College joins 45 locations nationwide to have this distinction.

÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State Shines in 2012 Green Grand Prix

Determined to beat their record from last year, 60 students and four faculty/staff members returned to Watkins Glen International Raceway in April for the 2012 Toyota Green Grand Prix. They brought home another win in fuel economy, second place overall for the Saturday road rally around Seneca Lake, and were awarded the Auto Career Development Center Excellence in Innovation Award.
Dorsey Named Region III Athlete of the Week

Track and Field sprinter Briana Dorsey (Rochester/School of the Arts) has been named the Region III co-female athlete of the week after a solid performance at the Region III Championships of the weekend.
