��Ӱֱ�� State faculty and staff continued to achieve success in 2023 while the support and connections of past Pioneers have strengthened the college.

2023 ��Ӱֱ�� State graduate Jeff Jijy and two of his friends are credited with saving the life of a driver.

“We had a ton of events from football games to talent shows to wrestling open practice. You name it and we had it this weekend. It is amazing to have people come to campus to see the great things going on here. Thanks to all our friends, our families, and alumni for showing up this weekend and participating in the fun.”

We have events that have become traditions like the Blue and Gold Dinner, ��Ӱֱ��’s Got Talent, and the Homecoming barbecue mixed with newer events like roller skating and a Brianna Blankenship performance. We are looking forward to welcoming alumni, friends, and families back to campus.”

“It was a great feeling. After getting second place twice, it was something I have been on the cusp of for a while. I am glad this was finally my year. The people who compete are the best in the field, so even when you do well, it is not given that you are going to win. There is great camaraderie among us, and most of us practice together. We all help each other to be better reporters, and we are all constantly refining the craft.”
