This expansion and enhancement of the HVAC program will benefit industry in two ways. First, it will provide twice as many graduates each year to meet workforce needs. Second, it will provide graduates with more experience in clean energy, renewable energy, and manufacturing applications.

According to the report, ��Ӱֱ�� State earned a No. 2 spot in the 10-year earnings ranking when compared against other New York public colleges whose predominant degree is the associate offering. Among these same schools, ��Ӱֱ�� State also came in at No. 2 in both the graduation rate and seven-year repayment rankings.

The ��Ӱֱ�� State College Performing Arts Department will be hosting its annual free Instrumental Music Winter Concert, “Winter Festival,” on Friday, Dec. 6, beginning at 7 p.m. at the Orvis Activities Center Cappadonia Auditorium.

During the panel, participants discussed global compassion and care and cross-cultural exchange, and explored ways in which one could be a “global citizen.”

Now in its third year, the Presidential Aspiring Leaders (PAL) Program was created for students who possess a strong work ethic, display commitment and dedication to their studies, are engaged in the community and the college, and are looking to strengthen their leadership skills.

With an emphasis on hands-on, real-world learning, ��Ӱֱ�� State College students in the School of Applied Technology are well prepared for the jobs they want after only two years of study.

Performances are scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21; 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22; and 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23. All performances will take place in the Cappadonia Auditorium in the Orvis Activities Center.

“The SGYB staff said that they had yet to do 2,500 bags anywhere this semester,” Herman said. “It is remarkable for a school our size that we filled so many and so quickly, proving again that ��Ӱֱ�� State College cares deeply about serving the community in which we live."
