÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College women's soccer team won their fourth straight contest on Saturday with a 4-0 victory over Cayuga CC.  The Lady Pioneers improve to 7-5-1 overall on the season and 6-5-1 in Region III Division III play.

Genesee CC was able to take advantage of costly mistakes by ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State in the Western New York Athletic Conference Semifinals.  The Cougars advanced to the finals with a 11-7 victory while ASC finishes the fall season with a 10-6 record.

Dean College's Anthony Rodriguez hit Dreyan Willis with a 33-yard pass with five seconds remaining to lift the Bulldogs to a 34-28 victory over ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State on Saturday afternoon.  The scoring strike happened just 19 seconds after Jermell Corbitt (Naples, FL) connected with Mike Septh (Monroe Woodbury) on a six-yard score to tie the game at 28-28.

The #9 ranked ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College volleyball team downed #7 ranked Corning CC in a five game back and forth match 3-2.  With the win the Lady Pioneers have now won ten straight matches and improve to 18-2 on the year while Corning CC falls to 12-4.

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College men's soccer team recorded its fifth shutout of the season on Thursday in a 5-0 victory at JCC-Olean.  The Pioneers improve to 6-6-1 on the season and 6-4-1 in Region III Division III play.

Brittany Hannah (Eastridge) and Jody Ninos (÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ Almond) each scored two goals and passed out an assist as the ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College women's soccer team downed Erie CC 5-1 on Thursday afternoon.  The win was the Lady Pioneers third straight and improved the team to 6-5-1 overall and 5-5-1 in Region III Division III play.

÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College freshman outside hitter Jenni Jerome (Syracuse/Westhill) has been named the NJCAA Division III hitter of the week.  Jerome helped lead the Lady Pioneers to a 8-0 record last week

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College baseball team will take on #2 Genesee CC in the semifinals of the Western New York Athletic Conference Championships.  First pitch of the contest will be at 11 a.m. at Genesee CC.

÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State used a four-run eighth inning to propel them to a 4-3 victory over Mercyhurst North East in a first round Western New York Athletic Conference contest. 

Jody Ninos (÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ Almond) netted two goals and passed out an assist as the ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College women's soccer team downed JCC-Olean 3-0 in a WNYAC contest.  A-State improves to 5-5-1 overall on the season and 4-5-1 in Region III Division III play.
