The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College women's basketball team used a late 2nd half run to down Cuyahoga CC 53-47. ASC has now won four in a row and are 9-3 on the season.

Frey Signs with Delaware State

÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College sophomore baseball player JP Frey (Erie, PA/McDowell) has signed a letter of intent to continue his academic and athletic career at Delaware State University. Frey made his decision during the early signing period and will join the Hornets in the fall of 2011.

Slow Start Dooms Pioneers

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College women's basketball team went on a 11-0 run late in the second half en route to a 62-57 victory over Finger Lakes CC. FLCC led 54-50 with just under six minutes when ASC went on their run.

Ten Pioneers Earn All-NFC Honors

Ten members of the ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College football team have earned All-NFC honors. Sir Aaron Taylor (West Cheter/Lincoln Hall), Colter Johnson (Warren, PA), and Josh Griffin (Englewood, NJ/Dwight Morrow) were named to the 1st team, Kyle Ricks (Alexandria, VA/Mt. Vernon) was named 2nd team, and Cody Scepanik (Vestal), Devin Simmons (Elmira Free), Wade Hammond (Walton), Nick DePofi (Union Endicott), Justin Smith (Richmond, VA/CD Hylton), and Damion King (Detroit, MI/Madison Heights) were all 3rd team selections.

Pioneer Wrestlers Pick up First Win
