A team of 12 from ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College traveled to Fort Myers, FL and worked with All Hands and Hearts on Hurricane Ian cleanup the week before Christmas.

÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State sends relief team to Florida

An ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College (ASC) relief team, nine students and three staff members, spent the week before Christmas in Fort Myers, FL helping communities continue the cleanup from Hurricane Ian. The trip was in conjunction with the All Hands & Hearts organization.

÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College president Dr. Steven Mauro has been named to the NCAA Division III Presidents Council. He is the first AMCC president or chancellor to be selected to serve in this leadership role.

John B. King has been named the new Chancellor of SUNY. He will begin his duties on Jan. 17, 2023.

The State University of New York announced that John B. King, Jr. is now named to become 15th Chancellor of SUNY. ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College (ASC) and President Dr. Steven Mauro are excited to work with King as he begins his role in January.

In a ceremony that celebrated the pride, purpose, and promise of ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College, Dr. Steven Mauro was inaugurated the 13th president of the college.

Approximately 6,500 pounds of newly restored bells are hung prior to the 50th anniversary of Hinkle Bell Tower.
