Lynda Merring, George Merry, Julie Rose, and Erin Vitale were honored for earning SUNY Chancellor Awards at the annual ��Ӱֱ�� State Employee Recognition Celebration.

“The Power Wagon gets so much attention. We hope to move from Kentucky to Maine with minimal problems. The students this year focused on getting the truck back together. We really built it to make it reliable. It has to drive 2,300 miles all the way up the east coast.”

We were tasked with trying to figure out a farm's biggest areas of improvement and make a presentation the next day to a panel of judges, which required a lot of brainstorming, creativity, and teamwork. Working with students from other colleges was a unique experience. It was fascinating to see the different perspectives and skills each person brought to the team.”

��Ӱֱ�� State Associate Professor and Department Chair of the Business Department Mark Bloxsom and Lecturer in the Physical and Life Sciences Department Jennifer Ross were honored with the Student Advocate Award during the 40th annual Honors Convocation.

For many students this was their first time working on a real problem and project of this magnitude.
