��Ӱֱ�� State College recognized 890 spring 2020 graduates during a virtual commencement ceremony on Saturday, June 20. The ceremony was presented as a Microsoft Teams Live Event.

That trend continues in 2020, as the college has achieved an employment and continuing education rate of 98 percent or higher for the 11th consecutive year. A survey of 2019 grads determined that 98 percent have either secured employment after earning their degree from ��Ӱֱ�� State or are continuing their education for another degree.

��Ӱֱ�� State College’s own Priyanka Karki and Rebecca Stevens are among the 100 State University of New York (SUNY) students who have been recently honored with Chancellor’s Undergraduate Scholarships and Graduate Fellowships.

��Ӱֱ�� State College took to Instagram recently to honor more than three dozen faculty, staff, and students through its virtual Pioneer Award Show.

��Ӱֱ�� State College is proud of its students and is delighted to recognize those who have been awarded for their excellence in academics, leadership, civic engagement, and more.

��Ӱֱ�� State is proud to announce that USA Archery has named ��Ӱֱ�� State archer Robert “Jay” Lawrence IV to its 2020 All-American Team. Lawrence is the first Pioneer to achieve this honor in the four-year history of ��Ӱֱ�� State’s program.  

At a time when the world has people spinning their wheels, full of uncertainty, and wondering what’s next, two ��Ӱֱ�� State College (ASC) employees are setting an example by volunteering for the good of their communities. 

Countless ��Ӱֱ�� State alumni are on the front line of the current battle against the coronavirus. Recently, the college’s Athletic Department had the chance to speak with four former Pioneer student-athletes about their work on the front line.

��Ӱֱ�� State College is pleased to announce that Trish Haggerty has been named the new interim executive assistant to the president.

While COVID-19 and social distancing may have prevented a traditional Hot Dog Day event from happening this year, ��Ӱֱ�� State College and ��Ӱֱ�� University made sure that the annual celebration was still able to take place in a fun virtual setting.
