The ��Ӱֱ�� State Culinary Arts department will host a spaghetti take-out dinner on Nov. 16 to benefit the family of Derek Correa. 

The Culinary Arts department will host an Oktoberfest buffet style dinner on Oct. 12 at ��Ӱֱ�� State’s Wellsville campus (2530 River Rd., Wellsville, NY 14895). The dinner is $25 each and the proceeds will benefit Culinary Arts scholarships.

��Ӱֱ�� State College’s culinary arts students and faculty along with the western equestrian team participated in the Cuba Garlic Festival last weekend.

The ��Ӱֱ�� State College (ASC) Culinary Arts department will host a take-out barbecue dinner on September 21 at the Culinary Arts Building on the Wellsville campus. Proceeds of the event will benefit the program’s scholarship fund.

“I wanted to give back because my family had to stay at the Ronald McDonald House when I was sick and again when my brother was sick, me when I was in the 10th grade and when my brother was in 4th grade.”

The ��Ӱֱ�� State College (ASC) Culinary Arts department will be hosting a barbecue drive-thru dinner on Thursday, April 6 on the Wellsville campus. Proceeds of the $15 (Cash Only) dinner will benefit the Culinary Arts Scholarship funds.

The ��Ӱֱ�� State College (ASC) Culinary Arts department will be holding a Mardi Gras plated five-course dinner on Feb. 21.

��Ӱֱ�� State College (ASC) is using the upcoming inauguration of Dr. Steven Mauro as an opportunity to celebrate the college and the entire WNY region including the great food that is found here. The reception following ASC inauguration ceremonies on October 20 is titled “A Taste of Western New York.”

The Culinary Arts department will host a sit down five-course Oktoberfest dinner on Oct. 13 at ��Ӱֱ�� State’s Wellsville campus. The dinner is $25 each and the proceeds will benefit Culinary Arts scholarships.
