The menu will feature classic French cuisine, such as crown roast of pork, coq au van, crème brulee, French onion soup, cream puffs, cassoulet with duck, broccoli mornay, and much, much more.

Oktoberfest dinner Oct. 9 from 5-7:30 p.m.

The Culinary Arts Department and the Culinary Honors Club will be hosting an Oktoberfest Dinner on Thursday, Oct. 9 from 5-7:30 p.m. in the Culinary Arts dining area on the ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State Wellsville campus at 2530 River Road. The cost is $15 for adults and $7 for children under 10.

Culinary Arts Students to Prepare a Mardi Gras Celebration Dinner

The cost of attendance is $17 for adults; $7 for children 10 and under. Proceeds from the event will benefit Culinary Arts scholarships. This event is open to the public; no reservations will be accepted.
