鈥淚 chose 魅影直播 State because when I came on my visit, I was very impressed with the academic support system that they offered to students on campus. The football coach recruited me, and it just seemed like a good fit for me.鈥

鈥淔our years ago, I was too scared to talk to anyone, so I started dipping my toes in things on campus and it helped me come out of my shell a lot. It has helped me with my leadership and social abilities as well.鈥

鈥淚t was a great feeling. After getting second place twice, it was something I have been on the cusp of for a while. I am glad this was finally my year. The people who compete are the best in the field, so even when you do well, it is not given that you are going to win. There is great camaraderie among us, and most of us practice together. We all help each other to be better reporters, and we are all constantly refining the craft.鈥

鈥淚 just fell in love with the campus even though it was virtual. I always like more of a rural place, a smaller town, so I did the virtual tour and I just immediately fell in love.鈥

鈥淭his is a wonderful opportunity for educators to learn from each other so they can grow in their own classrooms. It is also amazing to have these educators on our campus and show them the labs and educational spaces we have available here.鈥

鈥滣扔爸辈 State allows students the opportunity to get a more hands-on knowledge-based knowledge set. We get to do a lot more hands-on based things and I think that is more applicable to working in the industry.鈥

鈥淲e went from playing on MacBooks to playing on nice PCs in a couple years which was impressive. It was fun for me, but it was a lot of work form all of us to get to that point. It proved to me that what Professor Neuberger said in class was true, if you put the time in, you are going to get the results you want.鈥
