÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥

Students within ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College’s various health-focused programs were able to meet with many employers recently during a nursing and medical-related career fair. 

A recent article by NewYorkUpstate.com ranked the village of ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ No. 1 overall on its list of 40 towns in upstate New York with the most eligible singles.

÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College (ASC) is remembering the life of local businessman and pillar of the ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ community John Ninos Sr., who passed away on Monday, Feb. 18. 

Graphic arts magazine In-plant Impressions recently published an online article highlighting ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College’s Print and Mail Services (PAMS), specifically PAMS’ role in the school’s rebranding efforts, and its new ability to print name badges. 

Steven Elwell has come a long way since graduating from ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College with a degree in financial planning in 2007. Originally starting as an intern, Elwell has since worked his way up at Level Financial Advisors to become the company’s chief investment officer (CIO). 

Set for 5-7 p.m. Feb. 14, the dinner is open to the public and will take place at The Rig, which is located inside the Culinary Arts Building on the Wellsville campus. The cost of the meal is $25 for adults and $15 for children 10 and under. No reservations will be accepted.

÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College’s Brittany Richards, coordinator of Student Activities, and Christian Vernam, assistant director of Financial Aid, are among the 16 recent graduates of the Leadership Allegany program.

Recipients receive the award for exemplifying principles that Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. advocated for, including commitment to equality, service, social justice, and community.

÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College is excited to announce that Project Prom Dress Extravaganza 2019 will be taking place from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 14 in the third-floor park space of the Student Leadership Center on the ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ campus.

Terry Morgan, ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College emeritus professor of English and Humanities, spoke at Andover’s 10^th Annual Burns Supper on Saturday, Jan. 19.
