The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College men's swimming team finished 2nd while the women finished 5th at the Herkimer CCC Fall Invitational. The men scored 184 points and trailed only the hosts while the women scored 111.

Late Run Lift Pioneers past FMCC

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College men's basketball team used a 10-0 run to break a 55-55 tie en route to a 72-66 victory over Fulton Montgomery CC in the opening round of the ASC Tournament. The Pioneers improve to 4-5 on the year and will take on Rockland CC tomorrow in the championship game.

Lady Pioneers Advance to Finals

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College women's basketball team trailed 18-17 but went on a 23-7 run to gain the lead and never looked back. The Lady Pioneers moved to the the championship game of the ASC Tournament with a 85-52 victory over Jefferson CC.

Brooks Named Player of the Week

÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College sophomore women's basketball player Brittney Brooks (Elmira Free) has been named the Region III female athlete of the week. Brooks helped the Lady Pioneers to a 3-0 week and a 4-1 start.

Pioneers Hold off Orange Rally
