Trevor Huntley, masonry, Conklin, earned a bronze medal in the masonry category for placing third against competitors from across the country. Mardi Gras buffet set for Feb. 17 on ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State’s Wellsville campus

The menu will include jambalaya, gumbo, shrimp etouffée, muffuletta and po’boy sandwiches, king cake, pecan pralines, beignets, and much, much more. The cost, including beverages, is $15 per person or $7 for children under 10 years old. Read Article

The Culinary Arts Department and the Culinary Honors Club will be hosting an Oktoberfest Dinner on Thursday, Oct. 9 from 5-7:30 p.m. in the Culinary Arts dining area on the ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State Wellsville campus at 2530 River Road. The cost is $15 for adults and $7 for children under 10. Read Article
