The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College baseball team opens up their 2008 season this week as they head south for their annual trip to Cocoa Expo in Cocoa, FL. The Pioneers were 10-6 during the Fall season and were 48-16 during the 2006-07 school year.

Fifty ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College students participated in the fall portion of the annual NYS Mathematics Association of Two-Year Colleges (NYSMATYC) Math Contest in October where the team placed 12th in the statewide competition. More than 700 students from 22 NYS two-year colleges competed.

LECESSE Construction, Rochester; SWBR Architects, Rochester; and DASNY (Dormitory Authority of the State of New York) were also recognized along with ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ representatives at the awards ceremony in March.
