Pioneers Can't Rally Back

After a sluggish first half, the ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College men's soccer team put the pressure on but could not fully overcome the deficit and fell 2-1 to Tompkins Cortland CC in the rain and wind on Friday evening. 

Women's Soccer Suffers OT Setback

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College women's soccer team gave Division I Monroe CC all they could handle in a back and forth WNYAC contest on Thursday.  The Tribunes scored the lone goal of the contest with one minute remaining in the first overtime to escape with a 1-0 lead to improve to 11-4-1 on the season.

Lady Spikers Down FLCC on "Dig Pink" Night

The Orvis Activities Center was "pinked out" as the ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College volleyball team defeated Finger Lakes CC 25-17, 25-15, 17-25, 25-19.  The Lady Pioneers are now 19-12 on the season.

Women's Soccer Drops a Tight One

Finger Lakes CC scored a 2nd half goal as they defeated ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State 1-0 in a showdown of NJCAA Division III top ten teams.  The #2 ranked Lady Lakers are now 15-0-1 while the #8 Lady Pioneers are now 11-3 on the year.

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College volleyball team earned a 25-18, 25-20, 25-22 victory over Mercyhurst North East in a WNYAC contest.  The Lady Pioneers improve to 18-12 overall on the season with the victory.

Volleyball Team to host Dig Pink event

For the second year in a row and the third time in the past four years, the ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College will be hosting a Dig Pink event.  All proceeds of Dig Pink events nationwide benefit the Side-Out Foundation, which in turn awards grants to medical research organizations and entities dedicated to providing compassionate support to breast cancer patients and their families.

Goode and Gooshaw Named ASC Athletes of the Week

Football player Desmond Goode (Johnson Mountain, VA) and cross country runner Brian Gooshaw (Elmira Heights/Thomas Edison) have been named ASC athletes of the week by the SID office.

Pioneers Rush Past ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ University JV

÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State rushed for 452 yards as they defeated ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ University JV 51-35 in the first ever in season match-up between the two schools.  The Pioneers improve to 3-2 on the year while AU JV falls to 1-4.

Volleyball Reaches Quarterfinals of OCC Tournament

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College volleyball team advanced to the quarterfinals of the Onondaga CC Cara Bryant Tournament but were unable to solve Jamestown CC.  ASC finished the tournament with a 3-2 record and is now 17-12 on the year.

Two Second Half Goals Pace Pioneers

After struggling in the first half, the ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State men's soccer team erased a 1-0 halftime deficit with two second half goals to earn their second straight victory, 2-1 over Finger Lakes CC.  ASC is now 5-6-1 on the season.
