÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College lacrosse team was held scoreless in the 4th quarter and saw their 5-4 lead evaporate in a 8-5 loss to Cayuga CC.  The Spartans are now 3-4 on the year while the Pioneers are 0-6.

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College outdoor track & field team continues to be near the top of the latest NJCAA Division III poll. The women climbed up one spot to #2 while the men continue to hold on to the #3 ranking.

Playing for the first time in over two weeks, the ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College softball team scored 34 in a doubleheader sweep over Erie CC.  With the 19-9 and 15-7 victories the Lady Pioneers are now 3-7 overall and 2-2 in Region III Division III contests.

Three more ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College track and field athletes qualified for the NJCAA Division III National Championships with strong performances at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational.

SUNY Delhi outscored ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State 10-1 in the second and third quarters en route to a 16-8 victory in the Pioneers home opener.  Delhi is now 2-4 on the season while ASC falls to 0-5.

The annual ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College charity basketball game will be held on Wednesday, April 6th in the Orvis Activities Center.  Tip-off between Kappa Sigma Epsilon brothers and the ASC Noon-Timers is at 7 p.m.

For the second year in a row Mick Caba and the ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College football team will host a bone marrow drive in support of the Be the Match Registry.  This year's event will take place on Wednesday April 6th between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. in the Student Gathering Place in Central Dining Hall.

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College lacrosse team couldn't down #10 Genesee CC in their final road game before opening up the home portion of their schedule.  The Cougars improved to 5-1 with a 22-10 victory.

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College lacrosse team struggled in the second half and fell 18-6 to Herkimer CCC in cold and windy conditions.  The Pioneers trailed just 5-3 at half but were outscored 13-3 in the second.

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College men's and women's track & field team is ranked #3 in the first NJCAA Division III national poll of the 2011 season.
