New program is first in the Northeast

The Associate in Occupational Studies degree program will prepare students for a career as a motorcycle/power sports/ small engine technician, incorporating a progressively challenging format and hands-on laboratories, using full-size functioning vehicles.

Automotive Trades students cruise to third-place X-Cup finish in Great Race

魅影直播 State masonry student third in the nation at SkillsUSA Championship

Trevor Huntley, masonry, Conklin, earned a bronze medal in the masonry category for placing third against competitors from across the country. Andrea Koston, culinary arts: baking, production and management, Rochester, also earned a top 10 national finish, coming in fifth place in the commercial baking category.

Following a 鈥淣ame the Nestlings鈥 social media campaign in which more than 36,000 people voted on five different name pairings, the two baby bald eagles at the US National Arboretum were officially named 鈥淔reedom鈥 and 鈥淟iberty.鈥

Students to pilot Power Wagon, 1928 Model A Speedster in Great Race

The annual Great Race will take place from June 18-26, running from San Rafael, CA, to Moline, IL. About 120 classic cars from around the country and the world will compete for a top prize of $50,000 in the timed event.
