÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College staff members and current and retired faculty have contributed items for the featured exhibit in the Hinkle Library Gallery and Reading Room entitled "Student Life, Technology & Trends: 1908 - 2008."

÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College Retirees Honored at Pioneer Dinner.

Graduates of ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College's Internet-based health information technology/medical records (HIT) program Class of 2007 achieved a 100 percent pass rate on the Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) national certification exam.

Students enrolled in the Culinary Arts programs at the School of Applied Technology of ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College will prepare a holiday buffet on Wednesday, Dec. 5, from 5-7 p.m. in the student dining hall of the Culinary Arts Building on the Wellsville campus.

The ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College WINS (Women in Non-traditional Studies-- though the Club is open to all students) Club hosted two alumnae visitors to campus earlier this month to talk to the WINS Club members during the 16^th annual Women in the Field Dinner. 

Daniel H. Whitford, Cuba, has been named to the board of the Educational Foundation of ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥, Inc.

÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College has been named to the top 10 undergraduate construction schools in Michael Nelson's inaugural rankings of the top undergraduate construction management and construction engineering programs in the nation.

Dr. Gary Lounsberry, associate professor, Social and Behavioral Sciences Department at ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College, recently moderated a research panel presenting a series of papers on the theme "Evidence-based Practice in Public Health Social Work" at the annual conference of the American Public Health Association meeting in Washington, D.C., Nov. 3-7, 2007.

÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College students recently were given the opportunity to meet with prospective employers, research information about different careers, and learn how to interact with those folks in the "real world" who may become their future bosses during a Career Fair, sponsored by the Career Development Office on the ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ campus.

Dr. Maryanne Cole, Bradford, PA, assistant professor of English at ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ State College has been named to the board of the Educational Foundation of ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥, Inc.
